Chickens

Where feathers grow

Daddis lets the chickens out

Daily (mostly) morning video where Daddis takes a stroll down the garden, feeds and waters the chickens, lets them out of their coop, wishes them good morning & checks for eggs. Nothing more, no edits, no filters, no razzamatazz, just a snippet of someone else's daily life and the changing seasons. #SlowTV

I say no razzmatazz, but occasionally we feature a "guest" Daddis... #flipthescript #plotchange

Grandma was slightly upset she missed the opportunity to guest feature over Christmas...

UK kept bird registration

In England, prior to October 2024, it was voluntary to register keeping less than 50 chickens. Since 1st October 2024 it became law to register, within one month, the keeping of up to 50 birds, even if they are considered pets. Registration is free and the penalties for not doing so are quite steep.
